Making A Purchase
Making a purchase with Carr & Westley online is easy. Simply browse the store and add items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout'. Our secure checkout will ask you to enter your personal and delivery address details.  It will then ask you to create a password so these details are stored conveniently for your next visit.  Once you have entered your details and selected a password, our website will create an account for you.  We will then ask you to select a delivery type and ask for payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payment (if you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert your transaction from your own currency into British Pound Sterling).
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
Delivery Times
Our Free Delivery (Royal Mail Second Class) takes 3-7 days for delivery and our Express Delivery (Royal Mail First Class) 2 business days. We do our utmost to maintain high stock levels at all times but occasionally demand can take us by surprise and leave items temporarily unavailable. In rare instances where delivery may be delayed significantly, we will contact you to let you know. Please note that products made in our factory can take up to 21 days to be delivered as they need to be made first  (check the notifications in the product description). To avoid delays, items will be dispatched when available so with multiple product orders, expect multiple parcels.
Shipping And Handling
Carr & Westley offer FREE DELIVERY to residences in the United Kingdom. Orders within the EU will incur and additional £5.00 P&P and orders for the Rest of the World £10.00 P&P. All goods are dispatched by Royal Mail.
Most items are despatched by return. Dresses, skirts and trousers may take a little longer as we make many of them to order and they require special attention.
Credit Card Security
We encrypt all credit card orders using 128 bit encryption and employ SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption in all payment areas of this website. Card details are only decrypted once they reach our computer so we can take payment. They are never held in clear text on this web site.

Carr & Westley do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Our absolute guarantee: money refunded or goods exchanged if returned unused with 21 days. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please return it to us within 21 days and we will give you a full refund or exchange. We suggest you retain proof of posting.
Please allow us up to 14 days to process returns. You need to pay the postage for the goods that come back to us via the post office unless they are faulty or not the goods requested. This in turn helps us keep our prices down. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any point before the goods have been sent to you. When you place an order with Carr & Westley we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse. If the goods have been mailed to you, we will return your funds when the goods are returned to us.
