How do I generate my Royal Mail returns label?

Go to the bottom of our website and locate the 'Returns and Exchanges' section.
Generate Your Label:
Within the Returns and Exchanges section, look for the link that says 'Click here to generate your free Royal Mail return label.' Click on this link to proceed.

Provide Order Details
You will be prompted to enter essential details:
- Order Number: Input your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email.
- Reason for Returning: Choose the appropriate reason from the provided options.
- Contact Details: Enter your contact information as prompted.
Confirm Parcel Size:
After providing your details, confirm the size of your parcel. This ensures that the correct label is generated for your specific return.
Label Generation Options:
- Print at Home: If you prefer to print the label at home, select this option. Ensure you have access to a printer to complete this step.
- Receive a QR code via email: Alternatively, choose to receive a QR code via email. You can show this QR code at the post office, where they will assist you in printing the label. You will need to bring your mobile phone with you and display the QR code on your email.
Complete the Process:
Follow the on-screen instructions to finalise the return label generation process. Double-check that all information is accurate before confirming.
Check Your Email:
If you selected the option to receive a QR code via email, check your email inbox for the QR code. Save or print this code to present it at the post office.
Prepare Your Parcel:
Pack your items securely in the parcel and attach the generated return label prominently on the package.
Return the Parcel:
Take your parcel, along with the printed label or QR code, to your nearest post office for processing.
