Carr & Westley began in 1919 and has been designing and making clothes for British women ever since. Today we work from Bourne Mill, a watermill on the River Bourne in Hadlow, Kent, where our own label is still cut, sewn and finished on site.
- Our own label Carr & Westley featuers skirts, trousers, dresses and jersey tops. Designed and made here at the mill, by the same team, from first pattern to final press. And if something does go wrong, our Forever Fix Guarantee means we'll mend it.
- Classic shapes in fabrics chosen for how they wear and wash, not for how they photograph.

We post a printed brochure six times a year, free of charge. There's no obligation to buy, it's simply the easiest way to see the full range if you'd rather browse at home than online.
We'll use your name and address to post your brochure, and nothing more. If you've also asked to hear about new arrivals and offers by email, we'll only use your email address for that if you've told us you'd like us to.
Yes. Call 01732 850280 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and one of us will take your order. Please have the model number to hand if you can, you'll find it printed beside each garment in the brochure.
